
Stephen A. Eggerman has over thirty years of experience practicing law in Washington State. He started his trial lawyer career in the Office of the Attorney General appointed as an Assistant Attorney General representing the Department of Labor & Industries in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, bankruptcy and collections.
After representing the State of Washington Mr. Eggerman entered private practice at the Seattle/Spokane Law Firm of Layman, Loft, Arpin and White working primarily in personal injury, workers’ compensation and employment law. In approximately 1993 he joined Lund & Williams in Kirkland, continuing his practice in injury litigation, but also started practicing in estate planning and probate. In 1995 Mr. Eggerman and John Van Sandt founded the Eggerman & VanSandt Law Firm where Mr. Eggerman continued his practice in personal injury, workers’ compensation, estate planning and probate, and in about 2004 started handling guardianship matters.
